Hey guys, i recently suspect i stretched a ligament due to pain and the fact that i cannot put my right leg straight, this also limits me to limping around due to the pain?

Am i victim of a stretched ligament? Or just some common knee pain

Is it actually a muscular pain or a pain by the joint?
And is it the front/back inner/outer knee?
    What action caused the pain?

General advice is to try and take it easy for a while and it should work its way out, but still a doctor would be good if it has been a few days.

It's by the joint, around the front, the usual areas someone would put athletic tape/knee braces around

I'd apply some ice/frozen peas wrapped in a cloth on the area to reduce swelling, try not to use it too much for a day or two. Especially no badminton
After that get in to see a doctor. You will probably get told to rest.
A general ligament injury could be 4-6 weeks recovery, you may be lucky and only have 2-4 if it isn't severe
