Don't put so much hope so that Tago will win cause if Tago win against Lin Dan, then the possibilities that Chong Wei vs Lin Dan in the final will not come true. I just wanna another El-classciso.

TH will qualify for SF if he beats CL in 2 games and LD beats KT also in 2 games.

A summary for Day 3 of the group matches.

MS Group A, PG and LCW both thro’ to the semi.

MS Group B, both LD and CL should win their last group match and into the semi.

WS Group A, SJH, WYH and TB are all still in it. If SJH can take 1 game off TB then she will be certain to be in the semi even if she lost the match 1-2. If WYH win against JS (2-0 or 2-1) she will be in the semi. If WYH lost it’s still possible for her for the next stage if TB lost as well.

WS Group B, both WX and SN already in the semi. Since they play their match after Group A finalised, WX has a chance to avoid WYH in the semi.

MD Group A, all 4 pairs are still in it. Whoever win their last match will be in the semi.

MD Group, both MB/CM and LYD/JJS are already in the semi.

WD Group A, world champ WXL/YY already in the semi. Looks like that they are going to take their last match as well. If HK win their last match against TPE they will go thro’. If TPE win then KOR will thro’ to the semi.

WD Group B, TQ/ZYL should be OK to the semi. If CP/KJ win or lost 1-2 of their last match they will thro. If they lost 0-2, and MF/RK lost to TQ/ZYL by 1-2, all 3 pairs are with same points, games won/lost then it will be down to points difference(?). The Den should still be the favour.

XD Group A, world champ ZN/ZYL already in the semi. Whoever won the match between XC/MJ and TA/LN will go to the semi.

XD Group B, JF/CP already in the semi. The last spot for the winner of the TPE/THA match.

Good summary. For xd group a, I don't think ZN/ZYL already in the semi. The only for sure there is that Blair/White eliminated.

if ZN/ZYL lost 0:2, and CX/MJ, TA/LN both win 2:0, then ZN/ZYL will be out.

for group b, it's true that JN/CP secured their semi position. But the other position could be taken by Japanese too. If SI/RS beat Tha pairs 2:0, and Den beat Tpe 2:0, then the Japanese will enter the final four.

Im not so sure about Tine winning today, yesterday she was troubled by the draft (other than WYH of coz). Maybe court 2 will be good for her today.

I'm amazed on how Pedersen/Juhl can play so well on WD........since they just got paired in this year, and already a threat to all upper echelon of WD, including TQ/ZYL but not WXL/YY yet.

Maybe their WD games really builts up well since they are so usual with defending powerful smash from male counterpart in xd :p

    That is the group rule.
No matter what, you must fulfill all three matches in the group stage.
And beside, ie, if Triple K and TBH win, they can improve their record against the Indonesians pair by 3 to 2 and of course their win loss record this year will increased.
So the match is still important.
But seeing Triple K and TBH suckness, I doubt they wanna play well, left alone winning it.
