Just heard GC said that TQ was injured and could not contest yesterday's SF against WXL/YY. Why always TQ and not ZYL? Is it because ZYL is playing in the XD?

Yes that's right. Looks ZYL more concern in XD than WD, not win or always gave in to WXL/YY.
(Acceptable reason only is ZYL had really couple in XD than WD )

Just learnt this from GC: ZYL's mom was a tennis coach, and much earlier ZYL may have influenced to take up tennis, but thankfully for us all, (or not ) she took up badminton!

please re-watch the match between Tian/Zhao and Juhl/Pedersen. Tian Qing injured her knee towards the end of the second game.

well, she should listened to her mum.
i'm currently compiling a list of the earning for the top professional badminton players, in short, the total earning this year of all the professionals added together still less than a single title for US open or wimbledon

Her mum must be very disappointed. Look at Li Na. Just one Grand Slam is enough.
