i havea problems
when i clear i doesn;t go far enough
the result getting smashed all over
and on serve i can't get it high and far enough
any tips that u guys could give me would be great thanks

ummm...hit harder, and if not, use more wrist..that should help you get it higher and farther.

This is more of stamina then anything else. SO like Don said, practise practise practise.
