There's a chance Denmark can win the Thomas Cup this time...i sense their Line-Up is very strong indeed
Peter Gade
Boe/Mogensen
Jorgensen
Rasmussen/Conrads
Vittinghus
The first three matches are very crucial for China, if they lost anyone of them then they are in deep trouble..chances of them losing are greater by ten fold.
CHN's second MD pairs are not good enough and Vittinghus is a really good player.

I cant see DEN winning. Gade is not likely to beat MAS, KOR or CHN 1st single, the 1st MD pair are inconsistent and the remainder ae 50/50 at best.
This TC is more favoured to china than many previous ones. KOR or weak in MS unlike before and the 2nd MD is not too strong. MAS has good 1st MS but nothing much else. INA has average throughout

One can't to think that it's quite impossible china dun win the Thomas n uber cup unless they withdrawn from competition.

i still see Denmark as the major threat at the moment...i was quite surprised by how inconsistent Japanese players are...

Jpn MD are a threat now, but the MS are not so much a threat.

China shoudnt worry about Japan for now since they are seeded second...
The worst is possibility having Korea drawn to meet them in the quarterfinal that's the **** part...because Korea made it thru to the finals with the skin of their as s.
So China should have no problems reaching the semis so to speak. I am seeing the road to the win this is not going to be easy for China...or maybe it's a scheme to make the Chinese victory more credible..

From the seeding i could roughly visualise the route to success for China and it doesnt look easy at all.
Their QF opponent could potentially be Korea (very high chance indeed). Denmark/Malaysia/Indonesia will be their semifinal opponent before they face Japan in the final should Japan succeed of course..
China really wants to justify their win in Wuhan..

BWF conspiracy...always favour other nations other than china

China will still win. Against Korea I can only see one match up that wouldnt favour CHN and that is the 1st MD. the others are pretty straight forward. Bottom line is now CHN have the sorngest of all MS, which means 2nd and 3rd MS are 90% CHN but they also have a top 5 ranked 2nd MD as well.....

I agree Denmark team could be the one potentially beat the China team. It is probably the only one. I think China know about this and treat it seriously and will have intensive training even miss India open SS apart from Chen Jin. Lin Dan and Chen Long are likely scoring two points for the China team. Where is the third points? On paper China can win the third points from any of the remaining three matches. I still think Chen Jin is the most reliable to score the third points for China even though HKV is a very good player. The chinese have more options about the second doubles and it is not necessary GZD and C B. It is not uncommon for china team to pair up two players that didn't play together in international competition for a specific games in the thomas cup. I always think Zhang Nan is a very good double player. With another good double player such as H W, the second double can be very promising. As for FHF and CY, I still think that they have a good chance to beat Boe/Mogensen. Compared with LYD and JJS, Boe/Mogesen really didn't have stamina advantage when they need to play the rubber game with FHF and CY. The other important thing to take into account is that Chinese team have home court advantage.

Now Chinese WS....who will likely to feature in the main line-up....will Li Xuerui squeeze past Wang Shixian to be the third singles player..that will be a shocker
WS1 - Wang Yihan
WD1 - Wang Xiaoli/Yuyang
WS2 - Wang Xin
WD2 - Zhao/Tian
WS3 - Wang Shixian or Li Xuerui ????
I dont know what's going with the WD1 lately they have been struggling with their game and have yet to win any title..Is one of them actually injured..

I would guess it is more likely WYH or WX didnt play a match or two and everyone got shifted up one.

hmm, i think korea still has chance in TC vs china. lee hyunil is a good player against lin dan i think. plus, koo/yoo has 50/50 chance with china 2nd MD.
