Wondering if others have had a similar experience with BetterBadminton.com.
I signed up for their Front Court Footwork Secrets series because the offer was for Members Only access for US$1.
I had access for about 5 weeks and watched the videos as they came out.
All of a sudden I am receiving emails from support@BetterBadminton.com that they can't charge my credit card.
Their support@betterbadminton.com email was not working either, so I could not contact them.
Today, I get a message that the charge of US$47 went through successfully. What?!?
I finally reach someone through an alternate email and he says he will refund my money and cancel my order.
Now my access to the series has been blocked and he says the US$1 was for only 7 days of access. I don't believe it mentions 7 days anywhere at any time. This practice seems misleading and possibly illegal since they are charging my card without authorization.

Any thoughts from anyone? Similar experience?

I was just thinking about paying for the $1 access, but if you read the entire page it does say it's only for 7 days and you will be charged the $47 a month if you don't cancel. That's why I didn't sign up. I would have loved to get the DVD's as well, but don't want to pay almost $200 for them. I hope eveything went ok with canceling the membership that you didn't want!

I think the site has been hacked. Or was it really a legit site in the first place?
