After the conclusion of a successful Christmas badminton meet, quite a few of the participants actually discussed about drop in at VRC. Who is interested so far? How's Jan 14, 2012? We are looking at 11:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

I never been playing all these years. But count me in to see how bad I'm the badminton.

Interested. What's the usual turnout on Sat nights? From their website info, it looks like they only have 4 courts for non members, so if 14 of us non members from Bad Central suddenly turn up in addition to their usual 20 then we'll be in trouble!

    Gah!!!

The world is conspiring against me. I'll be out of town the Monday after for work. So I'll be spending time with the family since I'll gone for a week.

    :crying:

Conspiracy? You really ARE avoiding us. I guess we'll have to wait till 2013 to finally cross paths ;)

After further discussion with GrandMaster Tedski, we should delay this event a bit to give space from the Christmas badminton event. How about Feb? Any suggestions?

I think it might be better to delay it. I couldn't make it to this one anyway. :D

I don't have anything planned yet for Feb or March. So hopefully I can make it out to the next get together.

April is good too. Just after tax season. :) Maybe I'll get a new bag to haul all my rackets (and future rackets) :D.

I would love to. But the weekends are my nights to take care of the newborn.

With no takers other than visor, we both decided to go to Khas for their 9pm to midnight drop in. Packed crowd but not much of an issue given that Khas has 18 courts in total. Given that there were enough courts for everyone, there ended several groups which played amongst themselves but restricting themselves to a set of courts (2 or 3 each). Visor and I ended playing against a couple of fellows almost non-stop so that was fun.
