Is it very likely that he will do it....Losing to Abian or Wing Ki intentionally.

First CJ needs to win over JO.. He is certainly not a pushover these days, when he is getting back after injuries and heartmuscle inflammation etc..

Are you crazy ? Now Lin Dan has failed to lose on purpose to Abian. He either has to lose tomorrow to Lee Hyun il or MUST win against Chen Jin if they both are to meet on Friday. A lot of watchful eyes will be fixed on their encounter should it really happen.

Lin Dan will get himself into a lot of trouble from the media, BWF and trivial fans but mainly the BWF if he really lost to Chen Jin. So it's either one of the options that I mention above or Chen Jin is to be beaten by Jorgensen which is not gonna be easy for the latter.

LD has the perfect built-in excuse if he loses to LHI tomorrow. Firstly, the Korean is viewed as a higher end player and could conceivably upset LD. Secondly, he is playing at home–support from the crowd and of course dubious officials. Thirdly if all else fails, "outside forces" can intervene.

Also got a feeling CJ will really have to do some work to beat JOJ. Will be a lot closer than many think.

The thing going for CHN is CJ plays first. If he loses, LD will have to continue winning, so a walkover is out of the question. If CJ wins, LD will also want to win to protect him another round.

I agree with you. There's going to be scene made by Lin Dan tomorrow to pull the same stunt like he did four years ago. It's the same opponent and the same venue plus he did create a headline recently to suggest implementation of Hawk eye to put down the credibility of the entire tournament run by Korean Officials. So he does have all the excuse to create a scene

No way for LD to give a walk-over to LHI in Korea Open. He has to win, no matter what.

Then he has to win the other match against Chen Jin as well otherwise he will be in deep **** trouble if he loses (whether it is on purpose or not).

It's the Premier SS and Peter is down and out early in round 1, it's the best opportunity to overtake him by reaching the semi-final of the premier event at least. You don't get to see Peter Gade crashing out that early everytime..so it's Chen Jin/Lin Dan's best moment to act...i think

CJ used to be very attacking but has played in a conservative style since injury. He's not easy to beat, not even for LD if he doesn't turn on his Turbo pump or if CJ gives out his reserve. In the end, even if LD is going to act, he doesn't have to be as lethargic as he was in some previous games.

Not sure if CJ could beat LHI here...Therefore LD should have to beat LHI and then lost to CJ (no WO), if CJ is able to beat JOJ.

Yes, agree..........Chn has choose to rest CL, it means LD has to go all out to defend his WR points in KO or at least to do his part to protect CJ in QF for Chn.
