Thanks guys. Can't sleep well tonight thinking of my zf. Even if I want to buy a new one, I believe there is no more stocks in KK. Bought it two weeks ago.

Feel really sorry for u!! At 1st I was still little disturbed by the "sticker" mark complained by few bros here... next read your unfortunate incident.. C'mon! what has happened with YONEX?? Such a big brother in this sport & such a high end racket, only just released early this month!! Sigh... thought I shouldn't be still so paranoid with Yonex after avoiding them for so many years, thus just gotten myself a Zf too... looks like I've to shower it with extremeeee TENDER LOVING CARE!!

Just finished stringing my ZF the third time(second time with Ashaway A66). I noticed the same markings from the stringing machine...just on the shiny finish. Too bad that has to happen, 'coz I love the racquet. Had to go to my backup, VT 80, and that felt like a lot of racquet compared to the compact ZF, which is also faster and snappier(both 3UG4).Name: dent.jpg

Wow!! THIS IS BAD! This is totally unacceptable!!! Yonex R$D ($ intended) ought to shut down! They're not new kid on the block... or are they...?

Ouch, care to share the pics? I'm I interested to see where it actually cracked. To my knowledge, you could be the first documented ZF death. Gotta always look on the bright side

    wow.. sticker?? are you serious?
that's really bad. they said it before, they will use laser to make the paint job
    and now sticker??

try to make it as cheap as possible and sell it as high as possible?
    that's just wrong Yonex..

first you guys messed up with VT80
    and VT ZF?

maybe they thought as long as LCW use it, they could make a racket as crap as possible and brand it as "used by LCW, must be a great racket"

Need to wait for the code to become xxxxx3CC or xxxxx4CC before I buy this then... Judging from pictures of this problem being posted.

Yeah, I should start a new thread dedicated to ZF sticker damages!! Bet it would affect all that "aerodynamic" engineering LOL! The only defense to the sticker issue is that it's actually a fantastic performing racket.

By then, you'd have at least half a dozen newer racquets to choose from! Personally, I'm a sucker for the new and improved, and zero patience.

I think it was worked out that it was every 2-4 months that it was changed (on average) so possible improvements on the way...

Lol. Every company uses stickers. It's WAY cheaper than printing it right on the racket. But usually, they're more durable than what we've seen on the ZF so far.....

Crap, this is what we get when there's no clear coat. Is there a way perhaps we could protect that sticker with a coat of clear nail polish?

"Decals" ... . Nothing a little athletic tape can't hide (& maybe prevent?). Just saw it was the 4 and 8 o çlock
Maybe several layers of nail polish yeah ...

Hopefully, the head would crack where the dents are, and you'd get a free racquet replacement
