    'Ello all!

I've been playing badminton for ~ 1.5 years now (1.5 years somewhat seriously). I play during uni and at my local club on a wednesday afternoon but fail to cover the court quick enough!

What drills can i do at home to help improve my explosive agility (up and down, left and right motions) and speed around the court? It's my key concern and i feel as though it's holding me back :crying::crying:

In your garage, you can set up shuttles in a row on one end. Then set up another row at the other end. Then stand in the middle and shuffle step and lunge to one end and with your racket hand knock one shuttle down. Then go to the other end and repeat.

Time yourself and see how many times you can do it. Your footwork should get better. Also, search youtube for badminton footwork drills and mimic.
