    So, we have arrived at the 2012 Malaysia Open SS Finals matches on Sunday 15-January.

    What a great match it was at the just finished (an hour ago) Semi-Final match between Lee Chong Wei and Chen Long? It was many times more spectacular than the match at the 2012 Korea Open SSP Finals where Lee Chong Wei defeated Lin Dan.

    Now, back to the 2012 Malaysia Open SS Finals matches;

    For Live Streaming, perhaps BCers from different countries can post the links that are working for their regions. Different countries sometimes cannot use the same links. I have just checked the BWF's link. It says the matches will commence in about 14 hours' time;

    For our BC PAW Game, Sandy has posted the Scoring Points;

    This time, there are TWO ( 10 - 10 ) matches. :):):)

    The schedule is crazy

    .
    Hahaha... When in the last few rounds, where we find that little interest was paid to CHN players, therefore I think the oraganisers wanted to have the CHN players only to warm up the atmosphere for later Finals matches.

    But, I think the first 2 matches are the best to follow. Why? Because they are the only TWO ( 10 - 10 ) matches (based on our BC PAW Game).

    Somehow a SS event without nice encounters in MD can be a bit boring, plus final matches between lcw vs tago, wang yihan vs wang xin (chn-chn) and the MX is ofc no.1 vs no.2 but also chn-chn are not that interesting to me (but that´s a personal opinion); so I´m not sure if there will be any fireworks tomorrow.
    Last week was way better, seems like normal SS events aren´t that important anymore.
    Tomorrow last day of good live Badminton before there is a break... Does anyone know what the next event to be streamed on bwtv is? All England?

    BWF streaming starts at 0600 CET (for EMEA North ppl here). I hope it's not gonna be choppy and laggy but we'll have to see for ourselves.

    the XD final will be entertaining. I wonder who's going to stand victorious at the net position.
    WS: vote goes for WYH. She's been doing great this tournament so thumbs up for the Finals!
    WD: Go Denmark :D.

    WS: Wang Xin should take this in 3 games. At least, I hope... :p
    WD: The Koreans should be able to take it . But if Christina decides to play ot of her skin, it can become a very exciting encounter. :D
    MS: OK, I admit my brain's left side says LCW will take the title for the 8th time. But my brain's right side wants Tago to scare the **** out of him on the way, and at least force him into an exciting rubber. :D:D:D
    XD: Yeah, well, whatever.... :rolleyes::p
    MD: Rejoice! A very different look at a SS MD finals, in a long, long time!!! :D I hope it goes down to the wire.

    XD - Practice match. Bet you there will be little intensity.... whatever. If I had to choose a winner, Xu/Ma.
    WS
    - I pray LYB lets them play. It would be a hell of a match. WYH to take it.
    MD - Who against who? Just kidding, haha. The Koreans look more potent but Fang/Lee have proven to be very resilient. Edge to Cho/Shin.
    MS - The rest for Tago will make this a more competitive match but there will always be one winner, LCW.
    WD - CP/KRJ have surprised but played well and deserve to be in the final. The way they outstrategized the young CHN pair in the SF shows what a little thinking can do. HJE/KMJ are simply on fire. They will be hard to stop and eventually emerge with the title.

    For finals today:

    XD: Not interested.
    WS: Hope LYB let them play for real.
    MD: Will watch...
    WD: Can the Koreans take the taller Danes? And the Danes could try wearing shorts once in awhile but thats just my opinion.
    MS: Hope Tago will give a good fight.

    Whatever happens, I hope Tago would continue progress and could take over the role of the non-CHN challenger to Chen Long. Like what LCW was to Lin Dan.

    As per the Sith code, there must be two, no more, no less.

    XD : A battle between better teamwork (ZYL/ZN) vs better outright skills (XC/MJ) - I vote for the World Champions

    WS: It is a Xin for Wang Xin not to win - exquisite movement and angles everywhere.

    MD: TPE experience vs KOR speed - I vote experience

    WD: Danes take it away and lose more precious racquets. Koreans not convincing - almost lost to Germans too.

    MS: Tago to establish his mark - does not necessarily mean that he would win.

    I find it refreshing - good to see others given a chance at centre stage. You might be surprised to see "how boring" it actually is ........

    Anyway I can't go to the stadium today - errands for the kids. Will enjoy Gill Clark's impeccable commentating instead.

    yesterday ms was more intertaining. It was a revenge. Todays game is just tidy up or a formality. ;)

    I also got a friend with 2 premium tickets. He is not going.. lol. ;) What a waste. ;)
