Is there anyplace or way that i can get a wooden racquet. I saw this wooden racquet which is very special design and is not out-dated type of racquet. It belongs to my school single champ. He say that wooden racquet is heavier so u can use it to practice. I hope to get it for for practises. Can anyone tell mi where can i get it in singapore or on the net???
if you honestly want a wooden racket, try ebay. i have seen a few wooden rackets there every now and then. i do agree with Mag though, a squash racket is a much better option. you can get one for quite cheap. but be sure to find one with a smaller grip.
Try Queensway Shopping Centre at the junction of Alexandra Rd and Queensway. The shop is located at the 2nd floor. I think the name of the shop is "Chau Beng" or something like that! It has the old Yonex wooden racket in excellent condition.
Thanks a lot for ur comments. but i still think where the freak the school coach get this wooden racquet which has a small sweet spot or hitting area.
