Currently wearing a lower range of mizuno shoes (wave tornado) and new shoes standby is adidas adistar...both insoles looks abit thin....current shoes after a day of game, my heels tends to hurt abit, hence thinking of buying an insole.....but worried i might sprain my ankle as i'm not used to having additional insoles, so hopefully can find 1 then is good enuff....i saw WOS selling Spenco brand of insole which looks quite good but abit pricey at $30

Bro , spenco is very good , i use to have pain on the feet after games but after using the spenco total support insoles , the pain has disappeared , but i think the main concern here is ur foot condition , most insoles in the market are for normal arch or low arch type , so u may wanna consider to go to CGH where they do provide services to make custom insoles , heard from my friend that its ard S$250 but it comes with 5 years warranty.

    Hope it helps :D

Try Sole insoles, heat moldable for semi-custom fit. Get the thickest ones (website yoursole.com or something like that). You may need to go up a size in shoes to make enough height for your toes. Best to combine with volleyball shoes.
