Already out in the market. Availability in your local area depends on when your local retailer will be able to receive them. Price-level gauge should be slightly above VT7.

on pure speculation it looks like its SGD199 on the picture so maybe it retails for RM489.99 or 499.99 here?
so discounted wise it might cost around RM350.
Hmmmm, at that price I wonder how does it competes with Victor SW30/35/36/37

With the launch of the VT9, they have a promotion on the VT5 and VT7 here. The folks in Malaysia may want to check out with their local retailers whether this promotion extends over there

The racket looks really good compared to the lower range of Voltric series

it doesn't sound right to tag a Yonex Taiwan made racket at this price range.

oooo, thanks. i decided to google around. looks like the VT9 is going for the same price as the VT5.
if you choose no string option you can get it for $94 at the link below. However, its weird that it says only 4u available when the specs says 3u below it
http://www.joybadminton.com/index.php/test/voltric-series/voltric-9/voltric9.html
there is the VT 3 too
a bit weird, all the VT5, 7 are already medium flex. at $65 (no strings) VT3 is way cheaper than the VT7 but with better shaft material!

Which of these stores are more reliable? Shipping & original rackets?

never used either websites, just found them.
anyways, looking at the new VT-ZF looks like we found the specs for VT9 & VT3!
VT9 is head heavier than VT5 or 7, almost similar spot to AT900T ! While T3 is head lighter than VT7, similiar spot to ARC8DX.

Today I just had a feel of the VT9 again and I compared it with both VT80 and VT80LTD. Strangely, it feels overall heavier and also more head-heavy compared to both the VT80s. Maybe you guys can give your views when you can get a hold of a VT9. It would be interesting to know whether it is also more powerful in actual play for those with the strength to wield it.
