Wondering what kinda ending tie-off knots do you guys use.
    - Double half hitches?
    - Parnell knot?
    - Wilson pro?
    - Others?
What are the pros and cons of each of them?

i'm using the parnell knot. but i want to try the wilson pro knot. because i have a guy, who often opens the knot during a game with some misshits... this is the only person, which have this problems with the knot... i suppose he hit the knot directly...
don't know if the wilson pro knot is better, but i will try it next time...

The Wilson pro knot is slightly more compact than the Parnell knot and you could probably situated it more inside the grommet.

Anybody using any hybrids? Like a half hitch before/after a Wilson pro or something?

I usually do Parnel + half hitch. I have found that sometimes, if I don't add the extra half hitch, the knot gets inside the grommet, which I do not like.

Alwyas double half hitches, or even triple. Wilson Pro knot is too small in size, and not good for thin strings.

Always Parnell for moi - tail sits flush against the frame and it's easy to get tight.

Parnell knots for tie offs. Extra half hitch to lock it down for starting.

I've never been able to get the hang of parnells, not to the point that they're as neat as my double half hitches anyway. Never had a problem with them slipping so i stick with what works.

I either do a Parnell or a half hitch lockdown before a Parnel. I find that Parnels are much better for sliding up and down. Interestingly, i wonder how the rest of the guys here manage sliding up n down for a tighter tie-off. The most common methods would be using a starting clamp to pull it up n down possibly twice and finally using the starting clamp again to pull the final tightening string, followed by possibly a final slide up down. I have seen some using the tensioner to pull the final tightening string. That looked kinda dangerous.

I prefer Wilson Pro knot plus a half hitch lock down for tying off the thicker (0.68mm and above) strings and a lone Parnell knot for the thinner strings. I personally find it easier to squeeze the earlier knot into the grommet for the thicker strings that make knots sometimes too large for me to manipulate especially when anchoring to a similarly thick high tensioned main string.
