Hi, I have been wondering about what a badminton player should eat and drink on a daily basis and during regular recreational play. From what I have seen mostly on the web is to get enough nutritions, but could someone recommend some examples? If possible can anyone recommend me a full diet? Thank you

Everyone needs nutrition. For a recreational player I honestly think you don't need to worry about diet specific for badminton. A healthy diet is good for everyone but not more important for a recreational player. Just eat what you like but don't eat a pizza just before training like I did once.
