Hi. I wear US Size 7.5 or 8. What eur shoe size should I get for this shoe?

Oh by the way. Size 8 is not that bad for me, but usually shoes fit me fit and tightly with size 7.5. So should I be getting size 7.5 or size 8 for a pair of badminton shoes?
