When i do a ..."clear?" It doesn't hurt at first, but after a while. it hurts for some odd reasons I only play for around... 2 hours? Im using a 4U racket, idk if that helps. HeadHeavy balance point 300mm Ive had a 3U racket before. Headlight. balance Point 300mm~ ( The racket is head light, says the internet. ) ( But the ruler says the bb is around 300mm. ) I had shoulder pains and a weird feel with this 3U racket. Where i felt like i had no strength to even carry the racket after 2 hours of play and a lot of smashes. but no triceps pain. Thats why i switched to 4U. I lost all the dead weight feeling but the tricep pain came along ... has anyone experienced this? Or does anyone know how to cure this? Please do NOT SAY: Its because of your technique. Because REST ASSURE, IM WORKING ON MY TECHNIQUE THE BEST I CAN.
i had this problem before... u should use very little of your tricep to clear the shuttle... instead, use your wrist and forearm for pronation... use your tricep less..
this might seem odd. But i found the fix to this. I reggripped my racket, in a different way. and i used less arm power and more wrist. The tricep problem is gone. The grip made me unable to use wrist power for some reason, before. BUt now BOOM BOOM BOOM that sounds dirt. but you get the idea
