victor MX80 vs SW37 vs SW35
Hi everyone,
I was wondering why MX80 is quoted as stiff 0oooo and Head heavy o0ooo whiles sw35 is 0oooo and head heavy oo0oo, sw35 is harder to use/handle than MX80?
Also, is SW37 head heavier than MX80? as some posts saying that MX80 is kind of even balance and sw37 is slightly heavy head. But it is not what is written in the victor web site, coz sw37 head heavy is only oo0oo.

yah, victor is kinda confusing here
mx80 is rated 5/5 stiff and 4/5 head heavy, while sw 35 is rated 5/5 stiff and 3/5 head heavy, and sw 37 is 3/5 and 3/5 by victor
in reality, sw 35 is the stiffest and head heaviest with bp around 300mm, while mx80 is around 293 and sw 37 is around 290
if all 3 rackets were the exact same weight, then sw 35 by the very nature of its specs and in reality, is the hardest to wield,.... but it is supposed to have excellent feel and power if you're able to wield it...

mx80 is more forgiving than sw35 based on personal experience.

I got mine yesterday... Gonna make a short review of it tomorrow night after my 1st game with it.
Btw TS, do u know that head heavy or light is adjustable? Using heavier grip or double gripping will make head lighter. Stringing also a factor to balance. The spec from the website should be frame only readings.
Hence some ppl feel mx80 is even balance. (just an assumption)
I had my sw37 with yonex supergrap and BG66UM strung at 26lb check the balance point surprisingly at 294mm which is consider quite head heavy

even balance for me is between 285-290
290 onwards consider head heavy for me....
Well maybe I should use the term "slightly" instead of "quite" my bad

ikki9394,

my sw37 is (4u) - 675mm, 92.9g, 290mm (nbg98 + rkep g09 purple at 10% overlap)

I have tried mx80 today. It is excellent and super fast. I guess I would not consider other racket just now. It is very good to me. But still wanna know the specs or review of sw37.

mx80 - super stiff, bp around 300mm
sw37 - medium, bp around 290mm
maybe flex of shaft affects the feeling of head heaviness as well?
