wingeebadminton and mybadmintonstore are the cheapest for selling shuttlecocks. There is a chance that ebay might have fakes but you also have to remember the shipping cost.

Try PROTECH shuttlecock. Good quality and price competitive. Top brand in Malaysia and Singapore. A lot of badminton clubs there using PROTECH shuttlecock.
website: www. protech-sports.com
The tournament range (high quality) is about $18-20
The practice range (mid-high quality) is about $13-15
The practice range (lower quality) is around $10
Actually my uncle owns protech lar. So I always use protech..hehe...But really good in my opinion. I'm currently living in Melbourne. Now always get my uncle post shuttlecock to Australia to me...buying in Aus is too expensive....

My club is deciding if we should use Yonex AS50 as the main shuttlecock but we are not sure if it is worth the money.

The cost of AS50 is 2 times more than RSL Classics for our club.

I think I'll set up an ebay store so that people in Australia can buy Protech shuttles as well...
No point paying exorbitant price for some useless shuttles.
I have just created an ebay store (Protech Sports Australia) for my uncle.
http://stores.ebay.com.au/Protech-Sports-Australia
Now only have 2 types of shuttles but more are coming into Australia.
Just buy 1 or 2 tubes and try, if you like can buy more.
Much safer to buy from ebay anyway, more secure. If you want more, can PM me also.

i've checked your ebay link provided, just wanted to ask. are they the practice range and tournament range? i was hoping to try out the practice and intermediate range. is that available?

The practice (intermediate) range would be PROTECH ABSOLUTE ORANGE shuttles.
I didn't post it on ebay because I don't have the picture to post on ebay at the moment. (My camera gone wonky already)
If you wanna try out PROTECH shuttlecock, can come and play badminton with me lor.
Are you staying in Melbourne??

Actually, I was wondering where you guys or your badminton clubs buy their shuttlecock??
I notice that most of the sports shop only sell Yonex. Do they buy their shuttlecock from overseas??
