Fake or Real Yonex Voltric 80

    probably real but look for gold sticker on the cone

    The racquet looks fake (not genuine Yonex) to me due to:

    1. mismatched shaft serial and cone production code.

    2. poor quality grommets

    3. the centre of racquet indicator at 12 o'clock of the frame is very significantly off the centre

    4. the butt cap should be smooth matte and not grainy in texture as shown

    5. odd looking Yonex logo on the throat

    You're lucky you didn't spend money on getting tricked into buying a counterfeit :D

    it's a fake racket..

    the shaft serials is too low for the cone code

    the logo on the butt cap is off

    These two stickers are just so fake..

    The 3U VT80 is undoubtedly warranted to a maximum tension of 27lbs, not 24lbs. ALL Yonex racquets produced since the start of 2010 (actually the trend started in 2009) no longer have the weight, grip size and tension warranty specifications printed on stickers on the cone and are all laser imprinted on the cone.
