I would love to see any Indonesians make breakthru in this AE...but looking at the draw that's nonsense..
Yes ZN/ZYL might wish they can eluded 1rd nightmare vs Adcock/Bankier....

Alright, let's look at your original quote:
"The top half is more beaten up. If WYH wins the AE12, she may have to face TB (no easy task) plus 3 of her teammates who train with her and know her playing style very well. Except for the first round, WYH path thereafter is the toughest of all, she has to prepare mentally and physically for each opponent who has the ability to knock her out."
WYH:
R1 - v Pai (TPE) - yawn!
R2 - v Liu Xin - someone's gonna roll over, guess who?
QF - v Tine - the only "tough" match
SF - v the Shrieker or JYJ - please...
F - v WX (if WX gets there)
So tell me how do you know there will be no match fixing. Are you LYB?
WX on the other hand:
R1 - v SJH (KOR)
R2 - v Rat (THA)
QF - v Schenk /BYJ
SF v Saina
F v WYH
WX has no protection and has to fight off all the alligators in her half. Tell me who's gonna be more beat up by the final.

If this is a WC, AG or OLY, of course LYB will fix it if he has the option to do it. That is a dumb question, of course none of us is LYB, I am not, are you
For AE WS, I don't think he will do it since the 3 Wangs are qualified for OLY. For MS, because CJ needs the points, that is a different story.
I said all the above players in either halves are very good players. WX plays well against non CHN players. But still, I say the players in the top half that WYH probably meets are tougher and can beat her.
We just have to wait till AE starts to find out

Wang Yihan will definitely not win I can assure everyone of that. The Olympics curse is too strong to be ignored.
If Wang Shixian can beat Cheng Shao Chieh (well she better do or else LYB might change his mind to replace her with Jiang Yanjiao should she continues to play really badly against certain players), then she has no problem going to the final at least.
Wang Xin's draw is a test of faith and stamina. She has to meet Saina who has the easiest draw in the tournament so it's gonna be thriller.
I personally dont want any of them to win because of the Olympics curse
but i do hope they try their best at the same time.
WD
I am just waiting for upsets to happen..other than that, business is as usual for CHN WD pairs which is not a healthy sign for them to enter Olympics. Means they wont know who will be their main threat/dark horses in the tournament as an oversight if they just keep on winning in these SS

Mixed Doubles - I am going for Pedersen and Fischer. They will win it hands down
I do not know why but Indonesian players are always unfortunate in the All England. Their winning rate in England is so much lower compared to other regions. Pity them really cuz a lot of great players did not win the All England from INA.
The last pair to win was Gunawan and Haryanto. What an unfortunate decade for Indonesia's run in England..sigh

How ya gonna assure us that WYH will definitely not win AE12? Ya need to put some meat in ya assurance, not just hot air and words
I would only predict, not assure everyone, that WYH wins this AE12, curse or no curse. So if WYH doesn't win, who is ya pick?
OLY curse too strong to ignore? then LYB better gives team order to entire CHN team to give WO
My prediction for AE12:
MS - LD (I would want to pick LCW but that would mean 3 straight AEs and also LCW won the last 2 SS, that is tough to remain unbeaten, due to lose this one)
WS - WYH
WD - YY/WXL
XD - ZN/ZYL
MD - LYD/JSJ
What is yours? and other BCers?

Wait, doesn't Saina meet Li Xuerui early? Li Xuerui has a 3-1 record against Saina, having won the last two meetings so you can guess who my bet is on. Count in Saina's inability to perform in major events and I'm quite confident of a LXR win.
