Hi. According to this Victor catalog: http://www.victor-international.com/documents/katalog2012/index.html the Brave Sword 11 stiffness level should be the 2nd circle on the "stiff" side, but how come on my 4U BS11, it says otherwise? Here's a picture.
What country code is your BS11? Victor alters the stiffness to fit the intended market. I know the BS10 from Taiwan are less stiff than rest of the world and it's by design.

I wanted to ask if anyone has compared the Taiwan version of the BS11 with the other Versions(which are supposedly stiffer?) and is there really a big difference in stiffness? Because I do not know if I should keep this BS11 since I thought it would be rated 4/5 not 2/5.
