i bought a vt80 from ebay but i payed full price. the seller only sells rackets and sell had 5000+ 100% feedback. i even took my vt80 to a racket shop who checked the hologram by the offical yonex strip and confirmed its real. the reason why i am now in doubt is i was told real holograms don't heel of easy. i tried to peel mine of it came apart in alot of pieces but easy. so an it be fake? can the official yonex hologram strip mistake fake holograms for real?
what is the cone code and shaft serials? pictures of the shaft serials, cone code, butt cap and the bag also gonna help
well, looks good for me. the butt cap looks ok, the font of shaft serials and cone code also right the shaft serials and cone code also as expected GR code means for German distribution, strange they have it in UK. they said peeled of easily, does not mean it could not be easily destroyed what you did is not peeling it but remove it forcibly
sure. there is always a greater forger. if something can be made, it can be duplicated. but at the end of the day, you need to put all the facts together and decide for yourself how likely something you are holding is real or fake.
up until now, I don't think there is a case where fake maker successfully create fake hologram that bypass the Yonex Authenticator but like kwun said, maybe in the future fake maker could make one that bypass it
