Technology and equipment to produce shutlecock

I am interested in producing shutlecock. Do you know where to catch the technology and who sell the equipment for production?

I would be surprised if the equipment is standard and off the shelf - more likely developed in house based on experience. A lot of the process is done by factory workers using hands and eyes. Machines may not be able to perform many of these jobs on such a variable and delicate material as feathers.
