Just an idea I had for a little fun and also to help support the forum and perhaps donate a little money to a charity? We can have a forum raffle whereby everyone who enters buys a raffle ticket for say $1-2 each in a bid to win a brand new top of the range badminton racquet, say a Yonex Voltric Z-Force strung with the winner's preferred strings and tension. With such as large community here, if there is enough interest any proceeds after covering the cost of the racquet and strings can either go to a charity chosen by the forum via a poll or to assist with the forum running costs. If the idea takes off, we may be able to drum up some support from sponsors who may subsidise the cost of the racquet or any other prize. The prize needn't be a brand new racquet, from time to time forum members may feel generous enough to donate a sought-after classic racquet as a prize? Thoughts on this?
