If China can only win 3 titles here it will be a disastrous result.

4 titles are probably 99.99% sure. The only thing that the rest of asia has good chance is only MD because CY/FHF are not playing. But China still taking the no1 seed and possibly Hong Wei/Shen Ye, the no 7 seed can also win it.

In China there are 55 minority ethnics, people in this race are allowed to have more than 1 child,as the minority ethnics number is quite little as compared to the Han Ethnic which dominated China population around 97%.

Additionally, people from Han Ethnic might need to get permission from the government, if they want to have more than 1 child, as long as i can remember there are extra Formal Charges. Furthermore if people from Han ethnic married with minority ethnic, they might eligible to raise more than 1 child.

Chinese Government might grant those permissions, as long as they fulfill Terms & Conditions. Terms & Conditions is quite complex, as i know it also depends on which City that the couple live in & their economic condition.

this is correct
and han's is allow to have 2nd children too,with high payment
the 1st kids have everything free,but 2nd,3rd need to pay everything
school fee etc
