    Hi,

I am planning to buy a new pair of badminton shoes. Atm I had my eye on the Lining Hero Takedown, but some people say that it is quite heavy? What do you guys think of this shoe, and any good recommendation for Yonex or Lining shoes?

    Cheers

I have the hero's (AYAF003) and they're amazing. Granted, not the lightest shoe but it feels proper and stable. Having tried several brands I'd always recommend Li-Ning or Victor, both of which don't stinge on the padding or soles. I feel that Yonex aren't as comfy and they try too hard to make them light and sacrifice comfort. The AYAF003 is the most stable shoe I own, offers a lot more ankle protection as well.

The new Victor 9000's are awesome as well, well worth a try!
