British PM Cameron trying his hand at Badminton!
Found a really funny article on Mail Online about David Cameron trying his hand at badminton with quite some hilarious effects! It was organised so as to urge the public to bet 'pumped up' about the Olympics. The sight of him stretching in the most God awful manner trying to retrieve a shuttle while in this office shirt n pants, simply made my day...

Take a look!

Here he looks more like performing a traditional Indian Dance form rather than playing Badminton!

Badminton on the lawn at 10 Downing Street
.
It's nice to see that they could organise a game of Badminton on the lawn at No.10 Downing Street.
We can see that the British Prime Minister David Cameron doesn't play Badminton as well as Sebastian Coe in the video.
Now watch out soon for the Russian Prime Minister Vladmir Putin (who plays Badminton much better) asking Mr Cameron for a match.

I like the innovative high-grip surface on the bottom of his badminton shoes. Especially designed for a moist British springtime grass court.

I would be really surprised if he is. Typical of a newbie, trying to smash before knowing how to locate a shuttle.

It just goes to prove that if you're a politician after a cheap photo opportunity to make yourself look good then choose a game less skillful than badminton

Still trying to work this one out... I think this is BAD for badminton in the UK, does nothing to improve its image over here (as a tap tap garden sport) he at least could have made an effort and changed out of his suit! ah well.. at least yonex got some free advertising in the national press...

edit: is it me or does anyone else see an internet Photoshop "meme" with those images ?? PM Dave plays LCW at Badminton!
