If it's related to a specific buyer/seller or a specific transaction, the Buy & Sell sub-forum is the place to post the information.

Simply alleging fraud won't work and will not (and cannot) be encouraged.
What both you and others would benefit from are details of what happened.
If it relates to a post/transaction in this forum, please link to it.

If it's related to a fraudulent sales practice (like fakes being manufactured in a particular country or area, etc), the Market Place sub-forum is the place to post the information.

qingshun... Scam buyer or trader I believe is more like selling fake or trading fake racquets as if they are the authentic goods...

Seriously, getting stood up sucks... But you don't have to blacklist them... Do you blacklist girls who stood you up? :p

...divulging his personal number (which is normally revealed via pm) is not quite the way it must be done however the offense specially if it is a one-off retreat. It might not be justified even if it were the 3rd or 4th time. Negotiations thru PMs should and must be settled privately no matter, imo...

Well. The buyer has no problem with this blacklist issue as he didnot pm me but SMS me through my phone number and I don't have his badmintoncentral nick. I already inform alan that I will be putting it down as blacklist. He have no issues regarding this. If I back out the deal, the buyer may also blacklist me on the forum.

A deal is not done until completed.

We've also had another singaporean who complained of a defect in the racquet a month after the transaction had been made.

Perhaps a pattern may be starting to happen.
