Just mounted the wise on my machine using the aluminium bar, everything went well and everything looks rock solid. There is even no slant on the tension head.

Thanks kwun for the idea! I don't think I could have lived longer than the one string job I did without 360 degrees rotation :P

If you end up making more, I'd probably end up buying one from you! However it'd need to be like 1 - 1.5mm lower for larger grips :P

It all depends on the result of my alu bar later today :P

Very keen observation as this will work for those med-small grips and that if we have large grip or towel grip it might catch the machine. I was thinking of milling it down a little bit more, but I dont play on large grip therefore it clears this machine perfectly. Happy with the results so far but we will see, might need to re-tweak it later or move on to making those side clamps remodification...that will be hard and challenging and i am dragging my feet a bit with it...

he has 5003 non-self centering so there is no knob. which when one think about it, is not a bad idea at all!

Thats right i have to self-center it myself, which takes a lot of time and configuration, but i am happy with the current setup for now. The most annoying thing about the 5003 for me right now is the 3 knobs i have to deal with when pulling strings cuz it can get snag up on it if i am not careful. But other than that, i can get the wise very close to the table and so on. The 6004 is a really nice system though, and I think I am a bit jealous lol

Its not slanted, it is the same setup as the current mount therefore its at 90 angle. Just look at the last picture. Besides how can it be slanted since im not mounting an aluminum block on the side...this aluminum blocked i milled out to spec...

the WISE tension head has a natural 3 degree or so slant that despite the mount being vertical, the gripper slants slightly when looked from the end:

today, i finally received the badminton end support that i was supposed to have gotten 1.5 months ago. Gamma again and again sent the wrong parts to me. but finally, i received it.

now i can weave and tension the top cross properly.

it was tight fit and i added some grease to ease the movement of the end support.

It was the same for me when I received it. I just reversed the throat and head supports and everything fitted well. For some reason, one side's hole seems larger than the other O.o

yah same here ... i had to sand it down a bit to fit them in..
