Hello from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah!

Hi Everyone! Im hakim and im based in KK, Sabah. 21yrs old / almost 6ft in height.

I go on and off to KL so i play there too! Playing in KK at least 3 times a week.

Been playing for a while and just stumbled upon this website! AWESOME!

I play regularly and competetively joining in some closed and open tournaments over the years, still struggling with fitness to reach optimum game.

I am blessed that my parents and coaches are awesome giving too many support, good support. Badminton has given me a 'good' guideline in life, it helps to reduce stess from work, better than smoking right!

Any members here locally, do give me a buzz, can always play together, cheers~!

Hi wana2125! On a personal note, i would say GIZA SPORT! its located somewhere near to the town area called api-api centre, i have been buying racquets here a lot and i have no complaints! for the price and quality of service, GIZA SPORT... the boss lady is a very active badminton player playing on the state basis so they know what there are doing and selling, all original and they have the top of line machine stringing services (same yonex machines like they use in the tournaments).... the second place i would recommend you to visit is ASIA SPORT, located abit far from town, but they have a reasonable amount of stuffs (original and fakes combined) but price wise and service won't be so good unless you're a regular... so yeah...

Hi Hakim, I've just moved to KK and am keen to play some badminton. am intermediate, played for uni in u.k, but love playing! do you know anywhere I can play, as I'm itching to play!

Hi Hakim, I've just moved back to KK and am keen to play badminton. i'm intermediate, played for uni in kl and joined some tourneys in putrajaya & cyberjaya. been itching to play badminton but couldn't find a group to play with in kk. i hope u can help as i'm really itching and eager to play.

Hey bro! Welcome back! If you see a member by the name of smasherking, he's from KK too! Erm most of the time 1/3/5 i would play at Yayasan Sabah from 6pm onwards, but its more to training with a ex state coach. Blueseven tu i follow another BC'er to play as well but now not rely cause maybe busy.. do come over and sweat out! We train more than we play but when we play, we play really hard! anything reachable on mobile @ 016-6081711. Cheers!
