No All England is important too but not as important as the other big majors..But to be recognised globally as a top player, you must win the All England. That is a mandatory achievement..Wang Lin ,Wang Xin and Chen Long are the only existing Chinese players that have not won the All England which i believe they will in due time. However the win wont be attributed as a Star

Well you be the judge. I go with the majority that feels winning All England is compulsory for every top player. It's a shame Zhang Ning who won the gold twice in Olympics never get the chance to win it. The Chinese women singles are too competitive at that time.

As for Taufik, to be honest nobody really cares about him because he has been defeated too many times and achieved nothing since 2006. Cant blame people for thinking that way

Yeah what i am saying is for her stature as a top class player, her performance in Worlds and All England championships never actually reflect her double OG gold medal status. She only achieved one success in the Worlds, other than that one, the rest are quite unexpected disappointing as she sometimes lets her teammates always get the best out of her
