Head Cyano 10000
Saw this nice-looking racket at WOS recently.
Anyone using this?
Would welcome some comments before considering spending $200 on it.
I have tried Power Helix 10000, quite like it.
Thank you!

I have older model metalix 8000 pretty decent racket, except the shaft is stiff, I am wondering how Cyano 1000 shaft compare to it.
Their labeling can not be trusted. my metalix 8000 says medium
flex, Cyano 1000 says medium stiff. I really wish someone
could just compare Cyano 1000's shaft to ARC8Dx or NS9900
Or someone do a review on Power helix line 8000, 9000, 10000

I ordered XENON 9000 instead. My research and experience indicate HEAD metalix line racket are all head light and stiff racket, despite the labeling medium or flex.
My intention is to replace my NS8000 but little bit more head heavy than NS8000.
My old NS8000 has added some lead tape, so BP is around 300mm.
weight and BP wise are close, all I need is ensure have similar stiffness.
I have compiled following table (all of them I have played and can verify)
Name BP(mm) Flex (high-> softer) weight (g)
YY VTZF(4U) 320 53 88
YY VT80(4U) 310 55 88
YY VT70(3U) 306 55 92
YY AT900T(4U) 314 56 89
YY ARC 8DX(3U) 302 58 91
YY ARC 9FL(4U) 303 60 88
ARC 7 (3U) 306 57 91
ARC 10 (3U) 306 56 91
NS9900(3U) 295 56 91
NS8000(3U) ??? ?? 91 (not sure unmodified data)
my NS8000 has lead tape and extra weight of glue
Head metalix 8000 297 56 88
Head Youtek 9000 299 62 88
I am playing double, a lot of smash. Rackets I like most are:
NS8000, very light yet can make powerful smash, however, fragile
ARC 8DX, second in ARC serials, I like ARC 9FL best
9FL is best for doubles, light and powerful (but fragile)
HEAD Youtek 9000, not very light but power is there and durable
HEAD metalix 8000, NS9900 these two very similar, stiff shaft, powerful if you have the power, yet head light.
AT900T, VTZF heavy rackets, but can be used in double, powerful smash, but little
bit lacking in mobility
Rackets I hate
ARC 10, ARC 7, VT70
ARC 10 power/feel not good
ARC 7 lack of power
VT70 lack of power, but net play is good
My rackets almost all BG80, tension from 24-26 LBS

Should add some APACS rackets and victor MX 80.
NANO 900 white and red,
finapi 88, TANDrum 200
Like Nano900 red, hate Tandrum 200 and finapi88. In general, all APACS racket
feels not good, not power and frame strength. It just that the racket's material
is not pure or has some cracking in it, you can feel it or even hear it. Same goes for victor MX80, except MX80 shaft is way too much stiff, I would say 50. I think Mx80 is
over hyped, it gives me worst feel and sound (BG80 at 25LBS), ARC 7 gives me best feel and sound, but no power.

How are you measuring the flex?

The flex number are come from
http://www.directbadminton.co.uk do not know how they derived the
number, however, I found it is helpful when comparing rackets.
