I used my yonex stencil for the first time and already can't get the color off the stencil (or a tiny bit off one of our wood tables, don't worry it was a quite cheap one). <____<

    Can anyone help? :)

why would you want to clean the stencil itself when it will be dirtied again on the next use??

True, but it just looks nicer with it not getting more and more dirty, although I suppose the good thing is that the color does indeed not come off the stencil at all so it won't rub on your clothes, fingers etc.

go do some shadow footwork drills, some weighted squats, lunges, skip rope 500 revs, 60 rep tricep curls, and then come back and talk to us again!

Haha I see, but well I'm kind of a lazy individual. Training alone is quite boring. At least I got my badminton course in my university to lead and training on friday evening to stay kinda fit. :p
