I'm an university student at England. A spring break is given from March 17 to April 22. I'm at my home-country, Korea right now.

This has been my daily routine since March 17:

    2-6pm Badminton

    come back home, eat, rest

    8-11pm Badminton

Come back, eat, surf internet, etc.

    3am - 1pm Sleep

Get ready for badminton and have a lunch

    2-6pm Badminton
    .
    .
    .
    Repeated.

Back at uni at England, I can play about 4 hours a week. If I really want to, I have to sacrifice about 2 hours of transportation time to play badminton for 2 hours on Wednesday... Poor me.
You have no idea how happy I am right now. I'm improving like thunder.

Thats some life and is nice to hear someone enjoying their badminton, it would be better if you get paid to play as well , :)

p.s. waking up at 1pm in the afternoon, that's some sleep

Ok, It's nice to see you are able to spend serious amounts of time playing badminton. And as a fellow enthusiast, I can certainly understand your joy. But, I don't think I'd be bragging about this too much.

You see, you're University age so you're likely not looking at going pro. So at your age, you should probably look to expand you're field of interests somewhat. You see, there are these things called 'Girls' out there and they actually give badminton a pretty good run for the money.

Well, he's a student in a foreign country so he's likely supported by mommy and daddy. Even if he wanted a job he likely doesn't have permission to work in the UK.

This kind of blows a hole in my point because if he discovers girls he is going to need a job.

I considered that but, the tone of his original post made me feel otherwise. Also, what you want is cute girls. Have you seen the Korean women's team..... woof. Now if he was from Japan....

haha, he is in s.korea now, so apart from wasting whole month playing badminton, he can find work , get abit of money and get a pretty girl .

    p.s. In Japan

Yes , that 20 hours thing is correct but if he doesnt get up til 1pm then it is not much chance he would be bother getting a job,

How about we give the OP a break...this is a badminton forum, not a dating or job site!

We should be jealous of him!

    LOL :D

Poor fella. All he's done is telling us about how crazy he's about badminton and posters go off tangent with unnecessary advice. Who needs nagging mothers when you have ....

Go ahead madbad and finish your sentence. What did you mean?
    .... a guilty conscience? .... a wife? ..... a boss? .... voices in your head?
Or did you just mean the milliards of Butt-insky's, like us, who make up the internet.;)

Good luck to the OP! Enjoy your vacation -- and your youth! Cuz there'll come a time when all the ibuprofen and glucosamine in the world won't allow you to do like you're doing now! :)
