It is close to impossible to buy one. FYI, I have tried but failed too at the retail level. Unless you know someone in the JPN team you will have a shot at it. Otherwise, forget it.

I have a friend that now playing at Osaka International Challenge , I already order to buy the attire , but i dont know whether he can get it or not

Which Japanese National Attire? if I have not mistaken, you should be refering to 12058? (on the left)

but ur pic doesnt have Japan flag emblem ?

Of course they don't.
Unless you find someone to sew it for you, or you Actually got it from a national player,
or Yonex releases them WITH the flag on it (which is VERY unlikely for the last one).
