I am not sure if the support for Li-Ning Canada is any better. Recently (a few months back), I got a Li-Ning racket N90II from China.

It broke after a few game up on a smash. I emailed both Li-Ning China and UK asking for warranty and didn't event get a reply, not even a automatic one.
