Successive smashes bring CJ on level with SS at 8 apiece.

CJ turns on the heat with another smash, followed by yet another to lead 10-8 to be reciprocated by SS with a cross court smash to bring it to 11-9 in CJ's favor at the interval.

Net cross error from CJ and another clear ng error made it 11-12. An unsuccessful diving save from SS smash leveled the score to 12-all.
But now it has progressed to 13-15 when SS hit the net to fall behind.

Talking about quality of the venue, even the floor boards are making unnecessary noises. Child's very loud screaming took the spectators' surprise earlier on.
But CJ is relentless with a sideline smash to end whatever hopes SS may have and poor SS had to hit out on the last point to surrender the match at 21-15.

Chen Jin has made it into the Finals
.
It's good that Chen Jin has made it into the Finals.
But our Tangkas followers in Melbourne are so disappointed.

Chen Jin seems to be back at his best...the speed, recovery and attacks are almost restored to their normal stats.
He would have a better beating Tien Minh than Sasaki..the latter is too difficult to win point against

What a cruel twist of fate for JPN team today, all lost and injured Reiko. Sho Sasaki's defeat was surprising today, at least for me.
Chen Jin's hope to join his team mates for Olympic is getting brighter, like his bright orange neon shirt.

Kido / Setiawan will keep the chance IF and ONLY IF they win final match tomorrow, and then they need to wait what happen in 2 tournaments (BAC and India Open) in which they will not participate.
While TPE win the MD final match of Australian Open GPG, it ends the hope for Kido / Setiawan to be in top 8 BWF by first week of next month.
I am not sure, if INA will just have 1 MD. Bona/Ahsan position can be replaced by defending champion. Reading somewhere about this rule, but it sounds a little bit awkward (for me).
