Porky, for your updates: 1. Li Ning Flagship store @ Orchard Ion closed. 2. Singapore Badminton Hall has a small shop selling Li Ning and Kason product, not sure of the company though.
Hello, may I know which of the shop in the list offer really cheap price for Yonex and also Victor rackets? Cause like Malaysia we got Hock Eng which is almost the cheapest offer in town. Does SG have shop like this? Thanks
I'm afraid not....diff shops can get diff bargains and it's also abt ur bargaining skills...hahah....Queensway S.C shops in general is easier to bargain coz its competitive and there are many shops to ask ard
How accurate is this thread still, as in how many of these shops are still open? I may be in Singapore next week and I want to visit a store to get some Yonex / Victor gear. Which shop would be my best bet for that?
Here are my favourite shops for getting badminton stuffs. For Victor, I usually go the either #2. E-Link Sports or #3. Victor Singapore Flagship Store. Both have a lot of Victor stuffs, especially #3 has a lot of new Victor apparels. For Yonex and other stuffs, I usually go the #7. Gala Sports and #9. Chau Beng Departmental Store. They are both in Queensway and have both Yonex and Victor but the Victor range is not as comprehensive as the #2 and #3 above. In Queensway, Paragon is also a shop I like to visit. Their price is quite reasonable. Happy shopping.
Does anyone have any updates for 2017 or is Queensway still the place to go? And does any locals know whether the Sports Life store in Far East Plaza is reasonably priced? I don't mind pay a little bit more for the convenience, but if there's a huge difference I'm willing to make the trip elsewhere.
