Hey guys, So I've got myself a racket with a broken handle. The handle had multiple cracks underneath the end cap, so I've now taken it apart (with ease) and thinking about buying a replacement handles from mybadmintonstore.com http://www.mybadmintonstore.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=909 Anyone had experiences with these replacement handles? Easy to put it back together? Cheers
I'd advise you to buy 2 if this is your first time installing it. When you install the racquet frame into the handle you will experience a certain amount of resistance (and be brave to push it in ) You need to know the total current length so that you install to the measurement. Please note they do not provide screw Lastly make sure you align the handle before you screw and glue the wooden handle to the frame.
So I guess it doesn't come with any glue...I guess any type of epoxy will do the job. So once I confirmed the length, simply push the shaft into the handle and wait for it to set? One other thing about the hole. Does the handle come with hole (for screw) pre-drilled? Do I need to re-drill the hole and re-drill into the shaft? Thanks again
