Hi. I just bought an arcsaber 100 ltd from ebay here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/120828996911?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_1701wt_1185 and I am having some doubts about the genuinicity of the racket so I would love your guys help Here are some pictures. Notice that in picture 2, the part where the shaft connects with the cone doesn't look so smooth and in picture 5, the prints of the weights are a little bit far to the left side, not centered. Also, the serial number and weights are engraved, but doesn't feel to be engraved as deeply as my genuine yonex voltric 80. Thanks guys! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Also, the paint job on the frame head is kind of rough when you run your fingers across them, I don't know if this i normal or not...
based on the picture, I don't think it is counterfeit.. however I didn't check the shaft serials and cone code (too old for me, and too lazy to research it)
if i am not mistaken the 100 limited came out about 2 year at the most .. and your cone says 180102 which is January 18 2002.. thats is way wrong i have a very big hunch this is a fake
Correction ... that date is NOT wrong.. and code is seems to be ok.. but like Avenger said .. check that other factors...
it does, but sometimes people sell it without cover (and they bought the cover) or they ran out of cover and give them the normal one or the seller keep the bag because it is limited edition bag and sell it separately as far as I know, it is very rare (to the point I never saw one) to have fake CD code racket
U got it wrong dude.Hahaha..18 January 2010 and 2 stands for Yonex factory line. For the owner,ur racket is legit, have a peace in mind...
