I've recently come across a book that seems to have very good reviews on treating Rotator Cuff injuries and was wondering whether anyone has read it or has had success with it given that so many of us BC'ers have this shoulder problem. The book is called "Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff" by Jim Johnson. Just like to mention that I'm not affiliated with this book in anyway, just thought I'd share it and also see if anyone has read/tried it.
