Li Xuerui is so dangerous at the back of the court.....i cant tell what's she planning to do, she could produce a variety of shots...

Fair comment, though I don't quite agree with you. Honestly, despite LXR winning that match, I still believe Wang YH is slightly the better player at the moment, the most complete all-rounded one. However,LXR continues to improve,so in the near future it's hard to say as Wang YH will too;in the end,it boils down to their respective natural talents.

LXR has the ability to punch clear with her backhand from baseline to baseline, cannot think of any other WS player who can do that so often and so well. In fact, she plays more backhand strokes than most others which is unusual even in the MS. If only she could smash backhand like Taufik.

I agree. LXR clearly had WYH's number during the match. Yes, WYH was a little injured but LXR looked so composed and confident.

I think Petya Nedelcheva has quite a robust backhand has well.

Chen Xiaojia, now I recall who she is,the player who beat Pi Hongyan in the INA Open GPG 2011. China produces so many new faces that I got mixed up who's who sometimes. Well, anybody who can play like that against LXR is something. I'm sure we will hear more of her,she may be the next fastest rising star in 2012,another one most likely could be Han Li.

For tomorrow, should LXR meets WYH again, I believe the latter's experience and maturity will tell in her favour, giving her the edge but expect a close hard-fought match.

Hope not but who knows except the players themselves. It's cumbersome to playact when deep inside you really want to win. Anyway, saves him the hassle of doing so again tomorrow with Cj(?)

Then if Wang Shixian loses this semifinal game, her chance to play in Olympics is completely destroyed....Li Xuerui really deserves to play in the Olympics. Have to accept the fact...

We will see Wang Xin, Wang Yihan and Li Xuerui featuring the Olympics..having said that though, my biggest concern still lies with Wang Xin who hasn't produced any credible results since January

Du PY is an under-rated CHN player, just like his female counterpart Jiang YJ. In any other country,he would be in the top 2 or 3,if not number 1.

Well, if the last rally is anything to go by, all bets are off. What defence by DPY, diving all over the court and making CL try to play the perfect winner, which he can't. CL 19-17
