Then XXF also has to also convince LYB to move the national team training center to Guangzhou. LD coaching only at the province level could be a waste.

I believe LD can bring chinese Women singles to the next level. With proper coaching from LD, WX and LXR aggressive style (learnt from LD) would be polished further. But, WSX would get the most benefit.

His skills and knowledge are second to none alright but he hasn't got the right temperament nor interest to be a coach I suspect. I share jkkwongnz's suggestion (post #20) and wish he would do it,then the CHN WS will likely become superb attackers;indeed, WSX would be transformed into a great all-round player after having overcome that one weakness - lack of a sharp,forceful smashing shot.

The problem now is for a player who has considerably lost his motivation for the game,he's unlikely to take up coaching, at least not for the first few years after retirement. Such a pity.
