How much water do you drink?

    How much water do you drink during an hours play? I find I drink about 400ml in an hour, but I read somewhere (can't remember the link) that I should be having about 300ml every 15-20mins?

    That seems like a lot for such a short amount of time?

    I usually drink about 500 ml every 30-40 min! I sweat a lot so I have to drink a lot.

    If I drink that much I just feel bloated and weighed down for the game.

    No problem at all, like I said I sweat a lot. A lot......
    So I need the water :(

    I drink about a litre of water per hour. Of course it varies with temperature and work load.

    Summer time, I usually finish at least 0.75 - 1 L of water / sports drink per hour. Sweat a lot, and need water as soon as step off the court.

    In winter time, i might cut it to 0.5 - .75 L per hr.
