Recently I get heavy blister from playing badminton,
I think the grip was small, here is the picture
you can see the skin on my middle finger peel off
Is there any way to fix this?

Apply antibiotic ointment which relieves pain and then put band aids on them. Is this from an original grip or an overgrip?

It's weird because I have no problem before,
I believe it because the grip is too small, and
I hold it tight so my big palm is pack together so tight

Are you using the same type of overgrip? Some overgrips are low quality and feels abit rough for me. Blisters are usually caused by friction tho..don't know whether the pressure of the your grip plays a role in causing blisters :\ A low quality overgrip made me had a blister on my thumb once. Like what observer said, you can use a towel grip. Or get yonex AC102EX :D
