What are some exercises to improve your Wrist and Fingers? For Wrist I find it a bit hard to flick, I can do it but I want it to feel a little easier for me. For fingers, I think I need to learn how to transfer power from my wrist to the Fingers.

ppl put the racket inside the racket cover and flex the wrist back and forth and side-to-side..the resistance trains well.

I use the hand grip spring for finger exercises. Not only it strengthen the fingers, but involve the forearm as well.

I was told by my friend's coach to put the racket cover that fits just the racket head, and then practice the racket swings with the cover on. The cover, giving so much air resistance will slow down the racket swing like an air brake, thereby forcing you to use more wrist power to counter the air resistance.

    1. FInger: push the wall with the fingers (if you're strong enough, do push ups with the finger)
    2. Wrist : use a hammer or pipe (be careful, pick the right weight, not too light and also not too heavy) and draw 8 or the" infinite symbol with both hands (for balance in the left and right arm).
    3. forearm rotation: similar to wrist, use a hammer or pipe, then pronate and supinate the forearm. use both hands.
