Joining Badminton Sessions, Birmingham UK

Hi everyone,

I am from Malaysia and will be going to have my masters studies in Birmingham City University. I don't want to stop my passion in badminton so I wish to look for a similar level players to maintain my standard. I would say I am at an intermediate-high level, with a decent smash and good footwork. Any clubs or sessions are near BCU?
I will be flying to UK in July.

for a start, most universities have their own badminton club/teams.
i'm sure they will welcome you with open hands.

My Uni will charge me 20pounds just to be a member, i will only be in Birmingham for a half a year, so i thought i can save up a little from there. I dont mind paying for shuttle but not membership.
