A sad sad day. Some a******* seem to try to abuse the feedback system and force RKEP for huge discounts. Really sucks.

"We are going to close our e-Bay store as too many abuse and unfair negative feedback that some suspicious buyers try to manipulate feedback to extort for money or weak our sale."

"For whom need our service that please e-mail me at RKEPracketATgmail.com. Tell me all the item and each quantity you wish that I will offer my best price including shipping. Eric"

Sorry for so many posts in a row. My smartphone sucks at copy & paste.

Aw, that's sad. Sorry to hear that so many people were abusing the system.

That said, I always email Eric for quotes anyway, it's much more direct.

I wonder how they could force RKEP into huge discount?

I was wondering that too, my guess would be blackmail - "give me a big discount or I"ll ruin your rep" kinda thing.

The service I've received from Eric has always been brilliant. Likewise I normally email directly.

Good point Kwun - Eric you should start your own website.

Eric has always provided great service and products, been using the ebay website more or less as a catalogue and contacting Eric directly for prices and purchases. Would definitely support a new website for your store. If that takes a while, would suggest creating a catalogue of your products for email distribution.

I talked with Eric over chat and he said that he will make a website soon.

I have a feeling that he does have a catalog for email distribution as well, though; one time I asked him how much a Victor shirt cost and he gave me the entire list of all of Victor TW's apparel along with each item's prices and weights. :p

eBay has shifted the advantage very much to the buyers over the years - sellers can now leave only positive feedback or NO feedback, leaving the door open for tools like these to abuse the (IMO wrong) system.

If Eric doesn't have to pay eBay fees, he might be able to drive his prices down even more for us honest Joes...

I'm glad to hear Eric will reincarnate in another form and I bet BCers will continue to support him.

The text I quoted were removed from his Ebay store. Not sure if that means he's staying or not. But he's still there as of today. So I guess it's all good....for now.

I would recommend him to publish a webpage. Unfortunately he also doesn't have a catalogue =(
